Sales Associate

We are looking for Sales Associates to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.

The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.

Description:

Will be coached to complete 4 basic certifications and relevant classes required for financial advisory duties

Invited to participate in the planning process with managers

On the job trainings via joint-fieldwork sessions

Programme allows mentorship and progression to manager within 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Client acquisition
• Assist clients on wealth accumulation and protection
• Building long term relationships with clients
• Requirements:
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Creative and able to work independently and as a team
• Min A level, Diploma or Degree in any field
• No experience required, on job training will be provided
