ZEN’YU is an authorised distributor of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from the US, UK, Europe and Australasia. The company distributes through its 360ACTIV flagship store at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar, its online store at www.360activ.com, and marketplaces including RedMart, LazMall, ShopeeMall and NTUC Online.

Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support ZEN’YU’s B2B sales, ecommerce, inventory and logistics operations. This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating orders, reports and stock movements across multiple retail and online channels.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage order fulfilment for all B2B business channels.

·        Assist Customer Service teams in Order Fulfilment for all online platforms.

·        Assist the Sales Director in managing the company’s ecommerce platforms, including 360ACTIV, ShopeeMall, LazMall, RedMart and NTUC Online.

·        Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.

·        Ensure that the MuRHO inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.

·        Responsible for inventory allocation using ONECART across all online platforms.

·        Work closely with freight forwarders to obtain competitive quotes for inbound and outbound shipments, including air freight and ocean LCL shipments.

·        Sales, procurement and logistics admin support.

·        Consolidate all monthly sales, online and offline sales for accounting submission.

·        Prepare weekly sales reports for all online and offline sales platforms.

·        Provide additional customer service support as a team.

Requirements:

  •         ITE or Diploma in any fields
  •         At least 2 years of related experience
  •         Experience in Quickbook / Xero for PO, DO, Invoices etc
  •         Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel pivot tables.
  •         Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required.
