Job Summary

You will coordinate sales activities by liaising with clients, preparing quotations and reports, analyzing business data, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries to maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices to support sales transactions
• Analyze sales, cost, and profit data to generate actionable business insights
• Compile progress reports and service documentation to track project status
• Maintain precise records of client information and transaction details for audit and reference
• Enter incoming invoices and costs into internal systems to ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare job cost reports and identify opportunities to reduce expenses
• Coordinate activities among production, procurement, and finance teams to streamline operations
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
• Support marketing initiatives and perform administrative tasks to enhance team productivity

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline
• Experience in sales coordination, administration, or commercial support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Analytical skills to interpret sales and cost data for decision-making
