Sales Coverage Support Analyst (FIC COO)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coverage Support Analyst to join our APAC FIC COO team. You will act as the key bridge between the Front Office (Sales/Trading) and our infrastructure partners (KYC Ops, Compliance, AFC) to manage KYC, client onboarding, and client perimeter reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Office & KYC Support: Partner with Sales/Trading to facilitate smooth client onboarding, product extensions, and timely regular KYC reviews.
• Client Perimeter Management: Periodically review inactive client accounts to help keep the bank’s client perimeter active and lean.
• Coordination & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between Front Office and infrastructure partners to resolve onboarding bottlenecks and complex client issues.
• Team Prioritization: Assist in managing and prioritizing the daily tasks of the Sales Support Analysts.
• Project Support: Assist with APAC regional projects and global initiatives within the broader Global FIC ACO Team.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: 2–3 years in Client Onboarding, Middle Office, Compliance, or a KYC-related role within a major global financial institution.
• KYC Knowledge: Good understanding of Hong Kong & Singapore AML/AFC policies is highly preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to fast-paced trading floor demands.
