Retail Sales Executive

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Working Hours:

• 6 days work week

• Retail shift work, including weekends and public holidays

• Rotating shifts between 9:00am to 10:00pm

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs

Location: Various retail outlets across Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation.

• Perform cold-calling and customer follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.

• Conduct outdoor sales activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and housekeeping duties.

• Handle cashiering, daily sales reporting, and administrative documentation.

• Resolve customer complaints and after-sales service matters.

• Assist with social media marketing and live-stream sales activities when required.

• Support outlet operations and perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin& English to serve Mandarin & English -speaking customers and handle customer enquiries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to carry products up to 20kg when required.

• Willing to travel between outlets at short notice.

• Possess own transport is an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in B2C, B2B sales, e-commerce sales, live-streaming, and event sales will be preferred.
