Sales – Structured Products & AMC

Job Description

As a Junior Sales professional in Amstel’s Structured Products and AMC team, you will join a young and fast-growing team with strong ambitions across Asia. Working closely with senior team members, you will support the distribution and ongoing maintenance of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) while developing your knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and the broader industry.

You will assist with client onboarding processes, coordinate closely with internal teams, and help ensure the efficient servicing of existing client relationships. As you gain experience, you will also contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the AMC franchise across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the distribution and ongoing maintenance of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs)

• Assist with client onboarding, account opening, and due diligence processes.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Legal, Trading, and Structuring teams.

• Support relationship managers in servicing existing clients and responding to client requests.

• Monitor and manage AMC-related operational and post-trade processes.

• Help prepare client presentations, marketing materials, reports, and product documentation.

• Conduct market research and identify potential client opportunities.

• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge and industry expertise.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in financial services, client servicing, sales support, operations, or relevant internships.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Language: Fluent in English is a plus.

• Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Personality: Proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
