Job Summary

As a Sales professional in Amstel’s Structured Products and AMC team, you will support distribution and maintenance of Actively Managed Certificates while developing expertise in investment products and financial markets across Asia and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Support the distribution and ongoing maintenance of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) to ensure product availability and client satisfaction
• Assist with client onboarding, account opening, and due diligence processes to facilitate smooth client integration
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Trading, and Structuring teams to streamline internal workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support relationship managers by responding promptly to client requests and servicing existing client relationships effectively
• Monitor and manage AMC-related operational and post-trade processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, reports, and product documentation to support business development and client engagement
• Oversee day-to-day operations including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management to ensure operational efficiency
• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge and industry expertise, enhancing professional growth
• Support immediate business development and customer engagement activities in the Swiss and Asia markets to drive franchise growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advisory or sales roles with P&L responsibility
• Advanced knowledge of Structured Products including design, pricing, and application
• Proven ability to analyze client situations, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions
• Demonstrated experience serving the Asia and Swiss markets with strong understanding of Swiss customer expectations and market dynamics
• Relevant language capabilities and professional network within Switzerland and Asia to support market engagement
• Knowledge of proprietary technology platforms to enhance operational effectiveness
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
