Sales Trader

Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Build new client relationships and grow business opportunities locally and internationally.
• Client Management: Provide trading and hedging solutions while managing client accounts, trades, and support.
• Market & Trading Analysis: Monitor financial markets and use trading tools to provide market insights and opportunities.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage trading risks and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Quantitative & Analytical Skills: Candidates with a background, training, or strong interest in quantitative analysis, data science, analytics, or algorithmic trading are preferred.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant dealing experience.
• Certifications in CMFAS Modules 6 and 6A is an advantage.
• Knowledge of global financial markets with strong ability in both technical analysis and fundamental analysis.
• Comfortable navigating through charting and other financial related software and programs.
• Experience in precious metals trading desk and bullion firms will be a strong plus point.
• Willing to be based in Singapore, with flexibility to travel regionally.
