Sales Trader

We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Singapore that is looking to hire an experienced Sales Trader to join its growing investment products business.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong execution and dealing experience across multiple asset classes, particularly Fixed Income and Structured Products, who enjoy working in a client-facing environment while collaborating closely with internal trading, DCM, risk and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and distribute a broad range of investment products, with a strong focus on Fixed Income and Structured Products across regional markets.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Prime Brokerage teams and institutional stakeholders to provide efficient trade execution and product solutions.
• Support both primary and secondary market transactions, including bond issuances and structured investment products.
• Generate market colour, investment ideas and product insights to support client investment decisions.
• Partner with Debt Capital Markets, Risk, Middle Office and Operations to ensure seamless trade execution and client onboarding.
• Develop long-term relationships with a broad client base, including High-Net-Worth, Institutional and Prime Brokerage clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Trading, Execution or Dealing.
• Strong multi-asset execution experience, with deep expertise in Fixed Income and Structured Products.
• Experience executing both primary and secondary market transactions.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products, including bonds, structured products and other capital market instruments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across front office and support functions.
• Client-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
