Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

·      Responsible for the monthly financial closingprocesses and preparation and review of monthly/periodic management reports

·      Responsible for the preparation, review andfollow of balance sheet reconciliations

·      Preparation of quarterly statements / year-endstatutory reports and preparing of tax computation

·      Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget

·      Ensure proper internal controls are in place andbeing complied

·      Assist with any other ad hoc projects asassigned by Finance Manager/Financial Controller

Requirements

·      Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or itsequivalent

·      5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction industry and experience with managing a team of accounts staff

·      Experience in working in Xero integrated system environment  

·      Self-driven, highly energetic and committedindividual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines

·      Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
