Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

About the Role

We are seeking Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our client (gaming / tech industry). This role involves managing financial operations across Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards. You will contribute to financial reporting, system optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to support informed decision-making and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum accounting for Singapore and overseas entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, consolidation reports, and statutory filings in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Support the integration of overseas entities into the headquarters' accounting framework and systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and enhance financial systems and reporting processes.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
• Partner with project and business teams to provide financial analysis and support decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives through financial insights and recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; experience in technology or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with exposure in both big 4 firms and in-house finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial tools and software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous professional growth with clear career aspirations.
• Familiarity with local and international financial reporting standards and tax compliance requirements.
