About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee full sets of accounts, group reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and financial reporting activities across multiple entities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment while supporting finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Group Consolidation & Reporting

• Support monthly group consolidation processes.

• Prepare consolidation schedules and intercompany reconciliations.

• Analyse financial performance and key variances.

• Coordinate with overseas finance teams to ensure timely reporting.

• Prepare management reporting packs.

Cash Flow Management

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.

• Monitor cash positions and support working capital management.

• Analyse cash flow trends and provide recommendations.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and coordinate GST submissions.

• Support corporate income tax filings.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Audit & Financial Statements

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements.

• Coordinate audit activities and support audit requirements.

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.

• Support finance transformation and ERP-related initiatives.

• Assist in standardising finance processes across entities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience managing full sets of accounts independently.

• Experience with GST and Singapore corporate tax compliance.

• Experience handling multiple entities and intercompany transactions is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, Jet Reports, or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
