Senior Accounts & HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Accounts & HR Executive to manage the company’s accounting functions while supporting basic HR and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be independent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero preferred)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments
• Process supplier payments and staff claims
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretary
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements including GST and ECI submissions

Human Resource (Basic HR Functions)

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Track staff leave, attendance, and medical claims
• Support basic HR administrative matters and staff documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiar with Xero accounting software
• Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll and CPF processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in SME environment is an advantage
