We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s)to fill:

Senior Accounts Executive- Payable

Job Description:

1. Recognising of costs including and not limited to:

• Checking and validating of all invoices for recording
• Matching cost to sales invoice for back-to-back testing and ensures profitability.
• Maintaining proper filing for audit trail.
• All approved invoices to be recorded in SQL accounting software

2. Supplier Payments including and not limited to:

• Preparation of individual suppliers’ SOA as at end of the month for submission.
• 
  
• Seeking for payment approval
• Processing all transactions accurately via SCB/OCBC online platform.
• All transactions to be recorded in SQL accounting software.

3. Maintain Petty Cash float

• Disburse cash amount to individuals upon approval.
• All transactions to be recorded in SQL accounting software.

4. Reconciliation

• Reconciling suppliers’ Statement of Accounts monthly.
• Daily management reporting à Preparation of bank reconciliation.

5. Generation of Commission

• Detailed checking and validation of sales reports as a basis of calculation of commission
• Prepare credit control reports to highlight the collection of individual salesperson’s performance

6. Risk Assessment

• Prepare/maintain reports on risk assessment matrix under TPL reporting format

7. Interco reconciliation

• Reconcile all interco transactions and balances with the respective related companies.

8. Involvement in External and Internal audit and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)

• ACCA or any related accountancy certificate
• 2 to 3 Years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
• Good communication skills and able to handle all stakeholders with confidence.
• Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Chinese (we have Chinese suppliers)
• Proficient in MS Office (Must be strong in Microsoft Excel)
• Able to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit to overtime when required.
