Senior Accounts Executive (Real Estate/ Property)

Our esteemed client in the Real Estate/ Property industry is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Senior Accounts Executive
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + PB

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end financial closing in accordance with the Group's reporting timeline.
• Prepare monthly financial reports that are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including asset additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and process POB recharge transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, GST, and statutory matters.
• Assist with cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, and the annual budgeting process.
• Process invoices, claims, and payments accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support finance operations and undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required. Experience with Yardi will be an added advantage.
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
