Senior Accounts/Finance Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Established Singapore-based freight forwarding and logistics company, providing international air freight, ocean freight, express, warehousing, and customized logistics solutions across global markets.

They are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive / Finance Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger

• Monitor cash flow, payment collections, supplier payments, and operating expenses

• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, insurers, and corporate secretaries

• Monitor customer credit terms and follow up on overdue payments

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time (Around #12 headcount)

• Handle CPF submissions, IRAS reporting, and employee documentation

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred

• Knowledge of payroll and CPF submission, will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Responsible, meticulous, independent, and able to meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
