Senior Analyst, Actuarial

We are supporting our client, a well-established organisation in financial services, in their search for a Senior Analyst, Actuarial to join their team in Singapore.

This is a great opportunity for an actuarial professional who enjoys hands-on production and analysis work and wants to play a key role in regulatory financial reporting.

About the role

You'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely actuarial production and analysis to support statutory and regulatory reporting. The focus is on actuarial reserves, capital, and other statutory requirements in line with Singapore regulatory standards, alongside actuarial modelling, risk assessment, and the identification and mitigation of key actuarial risks.

What you'll be doing

• Producing and analysing actuarial reserves, capital calculations, and statutory actuarial metrics for submission to regulatory bodies, including the MAS, LIA, and SDIC.
• Performing actuarial modelling to support Singapore reserve and capital requirements, aligned with group standards and local regulatory expectations.
• Analysing movements in reserves and solvency to assess the financial impact of business developments and market conditions.
• Driving continuous improvement of actuarial reporting processes to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and support a robust governance environment.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in actuarial valuation or related actuarial roles.
• Good progress in actuarial examinations.
• Proficiency in actuarial software.
• Knowledge of Singapore RBC 2 requirements (preferred).
• Experience in actuarial process improvement and automation (an advantage).
