Senior Associate, Central Executive (Day Dealer)

Job Responsibilities

        Able to work on shift basis, rotating between Australia & Europe market hours

·       Provide equity and CFD execution service for Institutional & Retail business units on various global stock exchanges using multiple trading platforms

·       Perform verification procedure when receiving orders via phone

·       Generate sales trading colors

·       Work closely with TRs and other related departments to resolve trade discrepancies

·       Report executed trades to respective business unit / TRs / clients

·       Input post trade details into designated database platform (NOVA) to generate trade contracts

·       Perform and assist with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises and system testing

·       Provide administrative support for staff accounts

·       Filing and documentation

·       Continuously improve current workflow to ensure smooth order flow and reduce risk of error

·      Able to work on Singapore public holidays

Job Requirements
·      A strong sense of ownership and responsibility

·      Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking

·      Strong team player with entrepreneurial instincts

·        2 – 3 years of relevant experience

·        Those with M1, M5, M6 & M6A is highly advantageous
·       Understand trading ecosystem lifecycle

·       Understanding basic algo applications a plus

·       Experience with other markets such as SET, IDX, Bursa, HKEX, ASX, TSE a plus

·       Experience with FIS, Bloomberg is a plus
