Senior Associate, Investments

About the Role
Serendipity Capital is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Investments team, supporting the full investment lifecycle across origination, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management for our early-stage critical and dual-use technology mandate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of investment strategies and processes aligned with organizational goals
• Assist in the origination of new investment opportunities
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities against the firm's investment strategy and applicable criteria and policies
• Prepare advice and recommendations for the CEO/CIO, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors
• Assess investment portfolio performance against appropriate benchmarks
• Support ongoing management of the investment portfolio and reporting to key stakeholders, including investors

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in investments, private equity, venture capital, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Experience preparing investment committee materials and board-level reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
