Senior Associate Middle Office - Change Management

Opportunity: Move from Middle Office into APAC Projects & Change (Singapore)

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move closer to change, transformation, and cross-market initiatives, while still leveraging strong foundational operations knowledge.

You will sit at the intersection of Trading, Operations, Technology, and Market Infrastructure, gaining exposure to regional initiatives across Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney.

What you’ll be doing

1. Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle workflows
2. Support the delivery of market access, product onboarding, and operational change initiatives
3. Coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions
4. Engage with brokers, custodians, and service providers to validate solutions
5. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure delivery momentum

What we’re looking for

1. 3–5 years’ experience in Middle Office / Operations / Settlements
2. Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (execution → settlement)
3. Exposure to Fixed Income, FX, Equities, or Derivatives
4. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
5. Comfortable working in a project-driven, fast-paced environment
6. Strong Excel skills; SQL/Python/VBA or automation exposure is a plus
7. APAC market exposure (China, India, Korea, Taiwan) is a bonus
