Senior BCM Manager (Banking)

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) Manager to join a leading banking organization and play a critical role in strengthening operational resilience across the enterprise.

As the BCM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank's Business Continuity Management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices while safeguarding critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management framework.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and facilitate risk assessments across business units.
• Develop, review, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate and manage BCM testing exercises, simulations, and crisis management drills.
• Partner with technology, operational risk, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, metrics, and board committee updates on BCM readiness and resilience posture.
• Support incident management and crisis response activities during disruption events.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of BCM standards and frameworks including ISO 22301 and regulatory expectations for financial institutions.
• Experience conducting BIAs, continuity planning, testing, and crisis management exercises.
• Knowledge of operational risk management and third-party/vendor resilience practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business executives.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, or equivalent are highly regarded.
