Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Finance

Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a hands-on Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager based in Singapore. The job holder will perform financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role includes preparing full sets of accounts, financial statements, assisting in finance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The selected candidate will also collaborate with various departments to streamline accounting processes and manage financial operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent certification would be advantageous

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting positions

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and compliance standards

• Experience in financial projects, financial reporting, financial software and systems

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Prior experience in the finance sector, preferably with exposure to property, resources, or hospitality industries would be advantageous

• Prior work experience in a listed company would be advantageous
