We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Executive, Finance Operations

In this role you will: 

• • Support the monthly financial book close in line with group financial reporting and local regulatory reporting timeline for Finance Operations with main areas covering distribution, health and fixed asset related process.
  • Support daily monitoring of batch run from “Health Policy Administration System” (PAS /COMPASS) and promptly managing any remediation actions of any exemptions.
  • Support the product development team and system Day2 change request activities as the main finance subject matter expert (SME).
  • Work with the Distribution function [Distribution Support Services (DSS) and Distribution Performance Management (DPM)] to ensure correct booking align to the production period and insurance fund.
  • Support in managing the end user computing (EUC) controls for Finance Operations.
  • Commission and Distribution accounts related “Balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation” support to distribution team.

To be successful you will need: 

• • • Related working experience in finance operations preferably in Life insurance industry
    • Prior experience in managing insurance commission & distribution cost booking will be and distinct advantage. 
    • Ability to adapt to the current GL and policy admin system and operational simplifications using Alteryx , Power builder and AI will be an added advantage.
    • Part / full Perfectional qualification in accounting and finance
    • Degree in accounting and finance
