Senior Finance Executive

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance operations? Crystal Jade, an established name in the F&B industry, is looking for a dynamic Executive, Accounts Payable to join our finance team!

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify and process AP invoices including petty cash claims in the ERP system. 

• Ensure AP invoices are properly supported with relevant documentation and approval in accordance with company policies. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AP transactions. 

• Manage payment schedules, prepare and process payments in a timely manner. 

• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. 

• Liaise with suppliers to address queries related to invoices and payments in a timely and professional manner. 

• Support month-end closing activities relating to AP. 

• Continuous improvement of AP process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 

• Participate in job rotation within the Finance team to support operational needs. 

• Perform ad-hoc duties and support finance-related tasks as assigned. 

✅ Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or other relevant fields
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry and handling full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
