The Opportunity:

The Senior Finance Executivetakes full ownership of the full set of accounts and plays a critical role inensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and business profitability.Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Finance & Ops Manager, this rolebalances meticulous day-to-day accounting with strategic business partneringand process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Financial Accounting & Reporting

·       Full SetManagement: Assume complete ownership of the full set of accounts, ensuring allfinancial data is processed with the highest level of integrity.

·       TransactionalAccuracy: Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, toensure all transactions are updated completely and accurately on a timelybasis.

·       Month-End& Year-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing process, including thepreparation of financial reports and presentations for management review.

·       AuditLeadership: Act as the primary lead for year-end audits, coordinating withauditors to ensure a seamless and successful audit cycle.

2.    Accounts Payable, Receivable & Treasury

·       PaymentProcessing: Oversee the end-to-end processing of all invoices, expense claims,and payment requests.

·       CreditControl: Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all collectionsare handled promptly and efficiently.

·       CashManagement: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flowtracking.

3.    Reconciliation & Inventory Control

·       E-CommerceOperations: Conduct monthly sales reconciliations for e-commerce platforms toalign digital sales with financial records.

·       InventoryManagement: Perform monthly reconciliations of inventory reports andcollaborate with the operations team for year-end stock-take exercises.

4.    Statutory Compliance & Taxation

·       RegulatoryDeadlines: Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met, including thetimely and accurate submission of quarterly GST filings.

·       RecordKeeping: Maintain a systematic and proper filing system for all accountingdocuments to ensure audit readiness and historical record integrity.

5.    Business Partnering & ProcessImprovement

·       CommercialSupport: Act as a finance business partner to commercial stakeholders,providing financial insights and analysis to drive and protect businessprofitability.

·       OperationalEfficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline work processes,aiming to achieve significant time and cost savings.

6.    Others

·       ManagementSupport: Provide dedicated support to the Senior Regional Finance & OpsManager on strategic initiatives.

·       Ad-HocProjects: Execute any other tasks or special assignments as required bymanagement to support evolving business needs

Job Requirements

·       Diploma orabove in Finance, Accounting or any related courses

·       At least 3years' experience in Full Set of Accounts

·       Expert inQuickbooks and Excel

·       Proficient inQuarterly GST computation and submission and Yearly Tax computation

·       Lead theannual external audit and stocktake

·       Positiveattitude and works independently
