Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full set of accounts for multiple entities, including active and dormant companies.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and related loan accounts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
• Support process improvements, internal controls, and ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities.
• Good knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, and month/year-end closing.
• Experience with Xero and NetSuite is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
