Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager (Healthcare) #HYN

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for payroll processing, maintaining payroll records and administering key financial assistance schemes.
• This will involve working closely with the Finance Shared Services Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll;
• Reviewing and authorising payroll journal entries; reviewing and clearing discrepancies in the Balance Sheet
• Overseeing the financial assistance scheme including payment and maintaining its books.
• You will also work with relevant stakeholders on billings and claims, such as processing staff claims and external appointment claims.
• Other duties include preparing reports, assisting the Chief Financial Officer in costing exercises and ad hoc projects assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Business or equivalent with at least 6 years’ relevant payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
• Possess excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
