Senior Finance Executive Bishan Up to $4500/mth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders during audits and statutory reporting.
• Review finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support regional finance operations and participate in finance-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
