Senior Finance Executive (Fixed assets / Govt Sector)

Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed assets across headquarters and various locations including offsite and multiple community-based premises
• Conduct annual fixed asset count exercises and prepare stock count reports
• Manage new asset capitalisation in Workday system
• Process asset disposals and write-offs
• Respond to staff queries on fixed asset matters including disposals, write-offs, stock counts, and capitalisation
• Ensure proper fixed asset management and compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Manage lease contracts for leasehold land and void deck spaces as lessee
• Recognise lease liabilities based on present value of future lease payments
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders for renewal of expiring lease agreements
• Extract and compute lease contract sums
• Handle approximately 400 transactions annually covering stock count reports, capitalisation, disposals, and lease renewals

• Working Days & Hours: Mon to Thurs: 0830hrs to 1800hrs ; Fri :0830hrs to 1730hrs
