Senior Finance Executive (FP&A & Business Planning)

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual P&L projections, budgets, and variance analyses to support decision-making
• Support organisation-wide budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Develop and coordinate timely monthly and annual management reports
• Compile, analyse, and maintain historical financial and business data for reporting and planning
• Coordinate preparation of Board papers and presentation materials for management review
• Monitor strategic supply and pricing data to support operational effectiveness and cost optimisation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external partners on planning activities
• Execute ad hoc planning and coordination duties as assigned
• Drive continuous process improvement using AI tools and digital solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management reporting, business planning, or related functions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage
