Manage all aspects of the finance function -Balance Sheet, P&L, ensuring accuracy and correct accounting treatment
In charge of financial reporting, management analysis, budgeting forecasts, internal control, treasury and cash flow management by working with Treasurer
Produce monthly closing report including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis
Monitor and manage cashflow, invoicing and cheque payments
Assist to ensure effective implementation of all finance-related policies and procedures of the companies
Co-ordinate the submission of annual budget for approval after inputs of senior management and ED and reconcile final budget for Board’s approval.
Preparation of finals accounts for year-end closing
Documentation of financial transactions including grants, investments, subsidies & donations
Liaison with auditors, tax authorities, banks and funders
Skills and Competencies
Degree in Accountancy, Certified Accountant (CA) or equivalent
At least 5 years’ relevant financial and management accounting background, with continuing CPE in Accounting, and exposure in a NPO an added advantage
IT savvy, proficient in Microsoft office skills
Good communications skills
Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-pacedworking environment
