Senior Finance Manager (Asset Management)

Role Overview
Our client, a well-established asset management firm is looking to fill a Senior Finance Manager to support management, reporting, and portfolio oversight across real estate and renewable energy investments, supporting both asset performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for property and renewable assets
• Manage portfolio-level performance analysis (IRR, NAV, cash flow, returns)
• Partner with asset management and investment teams on financial insights and deal evaluation
• Support acquisitions, divestments, and financing transactions (incl. due diligence)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and financial controls

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA preferred
• 8–12+ years’ experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, or renewables
• Strong knowledge of investment structures and project/asset-level finance
• Experience with both income-generating assets and development projects is a plus
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
