Senior Finance Manager, FP&A and Reporting

A reputable and well-established real estate firm is looking to hire a Senior Manager, FP&A as part of expansion plans.

You will take ownership of segment consolidation while overseeing the accuracy and integrity of group financial and management reporting in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key part in the business segment performance reviews and support the consolidation of forecasts and budgets at the group level. You will be involved in the Group’s external reporting cycle, including contributing to SGX announcement deliverables with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and reporting quality. The role also includes supporting the development of the Group’s Annual Report, as well as assisting in the integration and alignment of budget and forecast submissions across business units. In addition, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements, system initiatives, and other strategic or adhoc projects as the organization evolves.

The ideal candidate is CA qualified, with 10-12 years of relevant experience, ideally combining a Big 4 audit with commercial FP&A coupled with group reporting/consolidation experience. You are a strong communicator, with sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
