We are a results-driven Financial Advisory team based in Singapore that is expanding our growing group of professionals. Our team has a strong history of developing high achievers and is progressing towards full MDRT qualification in 2026. We are looking for experienced Financial Advisors who value a structured support system, reliable lead generation opportunities, and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and understand clients’ financial objectives, concerns, and protection requirements.
• Deliver personalised financial planning and advisory recommendations covering protection, wealth growth, retirement preparation, and legacy planning.
• Expand and manage a personal client portfolio through networking, referrals, and effective relationship-building strategies.
• Provide continuous client servicing, regular reviews, and ongoing financial support.
• Take part in training programmes, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
• Relevant FA licenses (or willingness to obtain)
• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree (as per regulatory requirements)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Singaporeans only
