Senior FIX Connectivity Engineer

Join our Electronic Trading Technology team, which delivers technology solutions that support our global equity trading business, including electronic execution services. We work closely with traders and clients to ensure reliable, high-performing systems that enable efficient trading across regions.

What role will you play?

Working closely with our trading desks, you will lead the client onboarding team to deliver new client integrations and enhancements for existing clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from gathering requirements through to testing and implementation, while supporting day-to-day activities and ensuring the stability of our trading systems.

What you offer

• 10+ years’ of experience in a banking technology environment, preferably supporting equity trading
• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol and its application in electronic trading
• Experience working with Unix or Linux platforms, databases and SQL queries
• Proven project management and business analysis skills, with the ability to deliver against timelines and scope
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders.
