My client is a leading consulting platform supporting top-tier financial institutions across Asia on large-scale core banking and business transformation initiatives. They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead complex transformation programs and engage directly with senior client stakeholders.

The Role

You will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering end-to-end transformation programs across core banking domains. This includes driving strategy, managing execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Leadership

• Lead large-scale core banking transformation programs from strategy through execution

• Advise senior stakeholders on target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches

• Drive alignment across business, technology, operations, risk, and finance teams

• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, balancing business value, customer impact, and regulatory requirements

• Facilitate executive steering committees, workshops, and key decision forums

Client Advisory & Growth

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and solution shaping

• Identify opportunities across core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, and trade finance

• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and market insights

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams

• Oversee delivery of business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps

• Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of consulting experience, with strong exposure to banking / financial services

• Proven track record delivering core banking, operating model, or large-scale transformation programs

• Deep understanding of key banking domains such as: Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Accounts, and Customer Channels

• Strong experience in:

  • Executive stakeholder management (C-level / business heads)

  • Complex program delivery across multiple workstreams

  • Translating strategy into practical, implementable solutions

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
