Our client is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Planning professional to lead the organisation's annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting, forecasting and analytics activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and senior leadership, you will provide strategic workforce insights to support organisational planning, resource allocation and decision-making.
This role is well suited to candidates from HR Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Compensation Planning, or Finance FP&A backgrounds with significant experience in manpower budgeting and workforce cost planning.
