Job Description - Senior Manager-Finance

Act as an independent contributor and reviewer for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Prepare and review management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and reconciliations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Collaborate closely with platform finance teams and external auditors during reporting and audit cycles, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Oversee the finance function’s maintenance, compliance, and reporting for group entities, ensuring alignment with group policies and governance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 6 –10 years of relevant post-qualification experience n finance, accounting, and controllership roles.
  • Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting, with the ability to review and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end finance deliverables and drive outcomes independently while guiding team members.
  • Good understanding of private equity fund structures, including co-investments, capital drawdowns, distributions, and related fund finance operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, and investment teams.
  • A proactive, self-starting, and go-getter mindset, with a track record of prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in financial systems or ERP tools.
