Senior Manager/Manager, Business Office (Patient Billing)

Job Scope

• Lead and oversee Community Hospital Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue processes
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing, claims processing, account reconciliation, and ILTC billing operations
• Drive workflow transformation, digitalisation, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and optimise manpower utilisation
• Lead CHCS/system transformation projects and operational readiness initiatives
• Develop, lead, and strengthen the Business Office team to achieve operational excellence and service quality

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in healthcare Business Office, billing, or operations management
• Good understanding of healthcare billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC operations
• Experience in healthcare systems implementation or transformation projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
