UOB’s Innovation Talent Associate Programme (iTAP) is designed to develop to tap onto next generation of innovation specialists and provide hands-on exposure to emerging technologies within the banking sector. The programme offers outstanding individuals a unique opportunity to begin and grow a career in financial services, working at the forefront of innovation.
Candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, comprising of assessments and interviews, with final selection based on job suitability and business fit. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong potential, adaptability, and a passion for solving real‑world problems.
Build your foundation and deepen your specialization through a 24-month training programme, combining formal learning and practical experience. This includes opportunities to study at one of the world’s leading universities, work and solve challenging real-world use cases and receive mentorship from seasoned industry practitioners. The programme is designed to provide rich exposure, hands-on experience and meaningful participation across innovative initiatives across the organization.
This programme consists of:
•On-The-Job training with real world projects and in-depth exposure to business acumens
•Mentorship with experienced and seasoned business and tech leaders
Who we look for:
Education background in degrees of Analytical or Mathematical in nature preferred (eg. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, and etc)
Less than 2 years of full time work experience
