• Proactively understand customers’ financial goals and requirements while providing timely guidance, information, and recommendations that match their banking needs.
• Drive sales performance by promoting and cross-selling a broad range of consumer banking and investment solutions, including insurance, structured deposits, unit trusts, and related products.
• Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers through consistent engagement and quality service.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and integrity by following proper advisory practices, ensuring thorough documentation, and complying with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Leverage multiple channels, including branch networks, tele-consulting, and customer referrals, to achieve and exceed individual sales objectives.
  

Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Minimum a recognized degree/diploma in a relevant field
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with a strong interest in building a successful career in wealth management.
• Resourceful and capable of managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to accommodate flexible working arrangements and extended working hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a proactive attitude and strong motivation to succeed.
