Senior Risk Manager

A leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join its team in Singapore.

This role will be responsible for partnering with the business to strengthen the organisation's risk management framework across operational, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help identify, assess, and manage key risks while providing commercially pragmatic advice that supports business objectives. You will also play a key role in driving risk governance, enhancing controls, delivering meaningful risk reporting, and fostering a strong risk culture across the organisation.

In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting organisational resilience, crisis preparedness, and risk reporting to senior management. There will also be opportunities to contribute to ongoing transformation initiatives involving data analytics, technology, and evolving risk management methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong operational risk background within the financial services industry, with experience supporting complex, fast-paced business environments. Exposure to capital markets, global markets, trading, or commodities businesses would be highly advantageous.
