Meet the Team 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our Singapore team. This role will provide technical leadership across mission-critical trading platforms, with a focus on order management systems, low-latency infrastructure, production stability, and platform modernization. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on production support experience, architectural strength, and a passion for mentoring teams in a high-performance environment.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and support of critical trading platforms, provide technical leadership for low-latency and high-availability systems, and drive platform modernization initiatives. You will act as a senior escalation point for production incidents, troubleshoot complex performance and stability issues, and drive improvements in system scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence. You will also partner with global teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions while mentoring engineers and promoting strong engineering standards, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Do

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services or other high-availability environments.
• Strong experience with distributed, event-driven, and low-latency systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and solve complex production issues.
• Solid background in systems design, performance optimization, and production support.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What You Bring

• Experience with order management systems (OMS) or trading infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Stream Base, Solace, Tibco, SoupTCP, or similar technologies.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and designing APIs.
• Exposure to test automation and reliability-focused engineering practices.
