The senior strategy consultant will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of growth opportunities for the Small Excavator (11- to 19-ton) product line in the growth regions. This role will interface directly across the Excavation Division organization and enterprise partners to help execute the Excavation growth strategy. The role will apply a growth mindset to the excavation business, supporting the achievement of our 2030 goals and beyond.
Caterpillar's Excavation Division (part of the Construction Industries Segment) is responsible for the design and manufacture of tracked and wheeled excavators ranging from 11 to 95 metric tons, along with Cat® Work Tools.
