Senior Vice President, Fund Services

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of local client service offerings to support business growth in Singapore
• Providing client service to local clients in Singapore and improving local service procedures for Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) funds
• Understanding the needs of family office client segments and formulating corresponding service solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of client satisfaction
• Establishing connections with local service provider network such as Singapore law firms, auditors, and tax advisors, and maintaining regular interactions with them
• Understanding the regulatory environment and market competition in Singapore to support strategic and decision-making
• Monitor regulatory developments and sector trends in Singapore and provide relevant updates and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
• Assist in building a local client service team in Singapore

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing, fund services, family office services, asset management, or a related financial services industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and client serving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders
