Settlements Executive (Commodities)

*Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company*

THE COMPANY

Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Settlement, reconciliation and creation of invoices for both paper and physical commodities for Receivables and payables
• Solve any invoicing issues
• Work closely with other relevant departments
• Ensure invoices' due date and pricing are accurate
• Involve in any projects relating to settlements function

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree inInternational Finance/International Shipping/BusinessStudies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlementsexperience in a Commodities Trading company
• Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms and physical trading Contract terms
• Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
