Sharepoint Developer (SPFx)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong and adaptable SharePoint Engineer / Developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (Cloud) and ShareGate migrations. This role involves developing and supporting modern SharePoint solutions, assisting in complex migrations, and contributing to the stability and performance of our SharePoint environment as part of business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online (Cloud) platform.

● Support and execute SharePoint migrations using ShareGate.

● Develop custom solutions and web parts using SPFx (ReactJS) and .NET Core.

● Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell for automation and configuration.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SharePoint and integrated components.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical issues and effectively communicate potential business impacts.

● Participate in and support BAU (business-as-usual) SharePoint operations and service requests.

Requirements:

● Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.

● 5 years-experience with SharePoint Online (Cloud) development and support.

● Hands-on experience with ShareGate for SharePoint migration projects.

● Strong technical skills in .NET Core, SPFx (ReactJS), PowerShell scripting

● Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues independently.

● Strong communication skills to articulate technical risks and business impacts.

● Ability to adapt quickly to BAU environments and manage support expectations effectively.

● Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting large SharePoint installations.

● Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services integration.

● Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, and site architecture.
