Ship Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in the end-to-end process for project and corporate financing of vessels, including preparation of financing proposals, due diligence information, and loan drawdown documentation.
• Prepare presentations and papers to support internal decision-making, senior management, and Board approvals.
• Assist in the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
• Support affiliate companies in covenant tracking and monitoring of secured credit facilities, while staying current on ship financing activities and shipping industry trends.
• Provide ad-hoc support for treasury-related activities, including M&A due diligence, evaluation of investment opportunities, and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ship finance, asset-backed financing, corporate banking, loan portfolio management, loan agency, loan documentation, audit and assurance, corporate finance, tax advisory, treasury, M&A, or related functions.
• Experience within shipping, aviation, real estate, logistics, energy commodities, or Japanese companies will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
