Key Responsibilities:

• Own the brand's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn — crafting content that stops the scroll and sparks genuine engagement
• Develop strategic content calendars that tie seamlessly into campaign launches, seasonal moments, and brand milestones
• Write bold, on-brand captions, scripts, and copy that reflects the brand's personality and connects authentically with the audience
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including Meta Ads and boosted content, tracking ROI and optimising performance
• Dive into platform analytics daily and turn data into clear, actionable weekly performance reports that drive smarter decisions
• Stay relentlessly ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and competitive
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality multimedia assets that elevate the brand
• Build a high-impact marketing career with real campaign ownership, creative freedom, and structured mentorship every step of the way

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Digitally native with a sharp creative eye, strong copywriting instincts, and a genuine obsession with social media trends
