Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Core Banking systems, Artificial Intelligence applications, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that align with business objectives, drive digital transformation, and ensure operational excellence across mission-critical financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Solution Design & Architecture

o Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Core Banking modernization, AI-driven applications, and reliability engineering initiatives.

o Define technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and architectural blueprints.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.

· Core Banking Expertise

o Architect solutions for retail, corporate, and digital banking platforms.

o Integrate with payment systems, regulatory reporting, and risk management frameworks.

o Optimize legacy systems while enabling cloud-native and API-driven banking services.

· Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement

o Design AI/ML solutions for fraud detection, customer personalization, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

o Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize AI models into production environments.

o Ensure ethical AI practices and explainability in financial decision-making.

· Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

o Implement reliability, scalability, and performance strategies across distributed systems.

o Drive observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) to ensure system health.

o Establish SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to measure and improve service reliability.

o Champion automation for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and incident response.

· Stakeholder Collaboration

o Partner with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to align solutions with business goals.

o Present architectural recommendations to executive stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.

Required Skills & Experience

· Core Banking Systems : Deep knowledge of Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or similar platforms.

· AI/ML : Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, or equivalent frameworks.

· SRE Practices : Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).

· Solutioning : Proven ability to design enterprise-grade solutions, balancing innovation with risk management.

· Programming & Integration : Proficiency in Java, Python, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

· Security & Compliance : Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, and banking regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in banking/financial services.

· Certifications preferred: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, Kubernetes, ITIL, or equivalent.
